If we materially fail to deliver the service in the first 48 hours after activation, you are entitled to a full refund. Send us a message with the details and we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Once the line is in active production use we no longer offer refunds, but you may cancel renewal at any time and the line stays active until the end of the paid period.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of the account.
