How is a "connection" counted?

Think of a connection as one channel being streamed from us at a time. When someone on your service turns on a channel, your server asks our server for it. That counts as one connection, and it frees up again the moment they stop watching.

Here's the good part: if five of your customers all watch the same channel, your server asks us for it only once, then shares it with all five. That's still one connection on our side, not five.

So you don't need one connection for every customer. Because people watch at different times, and many watch the same popular channels, restreamers usually serve 2-3× more customers than the connections they buy.

How many connections do I need?

Estimate from your peak simultaneous viewers, start from there, and add more whenever you need with the Upgrade button - you only pay for the extra connections. The Pricing page has a calculator with the per-connection rate at each tier.

Can I upgrade a line to more connections?

Yes. Open My lines and use the Upgrade button on the line you want to change.

Upgrading only changes the number of connections - it does not extend the line, so the expiry date stays exactly the same. You pay for the extra connections only, prorated to the days left in your current period. To move to fewer connections, order a separate line instead.

How do I renew a line, and what happens when it expires?

Open My lines and use the Extend button on the line. It takes you to checkout and adds another period on top of your current expiry date, so no remaining time is lost.

If a line reaches its expiry date without being renewed, it stops working until you renew it - renewing brings it straight back. We email renewal reminders as the date approaches.

How is the IPTV Restream line delivered?

You receive an M3U URL plus Xtream API credentials (username, password, server). They work with any standard IPTV panel or app and are ready to restream the moment payment clears.

How often is the IPTV channel list updated?

Every hour. New events, leagues, and channels are added to the IPTV Restream channel list automatically, no action required from you.

Why is my stream buffering, and how do I fix it?

Buffering is almost always down to the local network between the viewing device and the internet, rather than the streaming servers, which run on 10 Gbps uplinks. The usual causes are a slow or unstable connection, other devices using up the available bandwidth, a weak WiFi signal, or a less-than-ideal network setup.

A few things that usually clear it up:

  • Connect the IPTV device by ethernet cable where possible. A powerline adapter or a strong WiFi signal (Wireless N or AC) is the next best option.
  • If it's on WiFi, move it closer to the router, and try switching the WiFi channel to avoid interference from nearby networks.
  • Pause heavy downloads on the same network while watching: torrents, large file transfers, other video streams.
  • Reduce the number of other devices sharing the connection during playback.
  • If your ISP throttles streaming traffic, watching through a VPN often resolves it.
  • Restart the internet router and the IPTV device. It clears a surprising number of issues.

Can I change my account email?

The email on your account is fixed - it can't be changed from the dashboard, and it's shown read-only on your Profile page. If you need your account moved to a different email address, please contact us and we'll help.

What's your refund policy?

If we materially fail to deliver the service in the first 48 hours after activation, you're entitled to a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
