Help & guides

Short, step-by-step guides for using your account. Looking for general questions about the service instead? See the FAQ, or get in touch.

Getting started after you order

Once your payment clears, the line is provisioned within minutes - there's nothing to install or wait around for.

  1. Open My lines. Your new line appears there.
  2. Each line card shows its username, password and an M3U button.
  3. Load the line into your IPTV panel or app - use the M3U Plus URL, or the username and password. They work with any standard IPTV panel or app.
  4. That's it. The channel list updates automatically every hour, so there's nothing to maintain.

From there you can flag a faulty channel or change a line's categories - see the guides below.

Where to find your M3U URL and login details

Everything you need to use a line lives on the My lines page.

  1. Open My lines.
  2. Each line card shows its Username and Password. Click the eye icon to reveal the password; click either field to copy it.
  3. Click the M3U button on the card to copy the full M3U Plus URL.
  4. Use the M3U URL, or the username and password, in your panel or app.
How to upgrade your line's connections

You can increase the number of connections on a line at any time.

  1. Open My lines and click the Upgrade button on the line.
  2. Set the new connection count - it must be higher than your current count.
  3. Review the quote. You pay only for the extra connections, prorated to the days left in the current period.
  4. Click Pay to finish at checkout.

Upgrading never changes the expiry date - it only adds connections. To move to fewer connections, order a separate line instead.

How to reset your line's password

You can rotate a line's streaming password yourself in seconds.

  1. Open My lines.
  2. On the line, click the reset icon (circular arrows) next to the Password field.
  3. A new password is generated immediately and shown on the card. Click the eye icon to reveal it.

The new password takes effect straight away, so update any device or panel still using the old one. Expired trial lines can't be reset.

How to report a channel that isn't working

If a channel is offline, buffering, has no sound or anything else, you can report it to us straight from your account. The report reaches our team and we fix it.

  1. Open your Dashboard and click Report a channel (or go straight to /account/report).
  2. Give the channel list a moment to load.
  3. Search for the channel by name, or browse the categories to find it.
  4. Click the channel that has the problem.
  5. Choose what's wrong: Offline, No Sound, Out of Sync Sound, Low Quality, Wrong Channel, Looping, Freeze Frame or Buffering.
  6. Submit the report.

The page stays open after each report, so you can flag as many channels as you need in one sitting. There's nothing else to do - our team picks the reports up and works through them.

How to edit the categories on your line

Every line carries a set of channel categories (also called bouquets). You can switch categories on or off yourself, so a line only carries what you want.

  1. Open My lines.
  2. Find the line you want to change and click its Edit button.
  3. The Edit categories window opens. Every available category is listed, with a tick on the ones the line already carries.
  4. Use the filter box to find a category quickly. Tick the ones you want, untick the ones you don't.
  5. Click Save.

The change applies to that line right away. Keep at least one category selected. Category editing is available on paid lines - trial lines can't be edited.
